Cucumber Lemon Balsamic Vinegar


  • 1 seedless cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz Kosterina Cucumber Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Kosher salt and lemon zest for the salt rim (optional)
  • Cucumber slices for garnish (optional)

    To make the cucumber juice, add the chopped cucumber to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding a splash of water if needed to thin out the mixture. Strain the juice through a mesh sieve and set aside.

    To a shaker, add ice, tequila, triple sec, Kosterina Cucumber Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, fresh lemon juice, and 1 oz of the cucumber juice. Shake well until combined.

    Pour salt and a sprinkle of lemon zest onto a small plate and rim a glass with the lemon salt.
