Ingredients

  • 2 pounds heirloom tomatoes, sliced 
  • 8 oz mozzarella, sliced  
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Kosterina Original Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Kosterina Original Olive Oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

    Sliced the tomatoes and mozzarella and arrange them on a large plate or platter. Place the basil leaves on top.

    Drizzle with Kosterina Original Balsamic Vinegar and Kosterina Original Olive Oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
