Breakfast Toast - 4 Ways

We love morning breakfast toast. Start with your favorite bread, toast it to your liking, and spread on a thick layer of creamy cottage cheese (we recommend Good Culture). Then top it off with one of these delicious combos featuring vibrant veggies, herbs, and a drizzle of our oil and vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice Pacha Buckwheat Sourdough Bread
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese (such as Good Culture)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Tomato: 

  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • ¼ tsp fresh cilantro 
  • Drizzle of Kosterina Original Olive Oil 
  • Drizzle of Kosterina Original Balsamic Vinegar 

Cucumber: 

  • ¼ cucumber, sliced
  • Squeeze of lemon juice 
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill 
  • Drizzle of Kosterina Green Goddess Olive Oil 
  • ¼ tsp Kosterina Greektown Spice 

Fig: 

  • 2 figs, sliced
  • ½ tsp fresh thyme 
  • Drizzle of Kosterina Fig Balsamic Vinegar 
  • Drizzle of Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

Avocado: 

  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • Squeeze of lemon juice 
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds 
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro 
  • Drizzle of Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil 

Instructions

    Toast a slice of bread and spread a generous layer of cottage cheese on top.

    Add a topping combination from the options above.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
