Cold pressed in small batches from early harvest Koroneiki olives grown in southern Greece, our EVOO is rich in healthy polyphenols (powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is typical for an average extra virgin olive oil but Kosterina's Original EVOO clocks in at 638mg/kg! The good news is that our early harvest process and these powerful polyphenols also make it taste amazing. It will add incredible depth and flavor to any dish.

An herbal taste with a peppery aftertaste. I take 2 'shots' a day, morning and evening for health benefits. Very concerned, though, with tainted and even fake olive oils. Will probably purchase this again. I look for high polyphenol content, as well, and read reviews. White bottle looks great on its own.
