Born in Italy, our friend Anna Francese Gass came to the United States as a young child and grew up eating her mother’s Italian cooking. But when this professional cook realized she did not know how to make her family’s beloved meatballs—a recipe that existed only in her mother’s memory—Anna embarked on a project to record and preserve her mother’s, and other immigrant mothers' recipes for generations to come. The book features Kosta's mother's recipe for Spanikopita, and comes with our TODAY Show Tasting Box. Cold pressed in small batches from a single blend of early harvest Koroneiki olives grown in the Peloponnese region of southern Greece, our EVOO has a high chlorophyll content, making it rich in healthy polyphenols (an anti-inflammatory antioxidant). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is required for an olive oil to be deemed extra virgin - this Kosterina harvest measured 430 mg/kg of polyphenol content! Our Original EVOO is meant for cooking, roasting, drizzling, dipping... you name it. Made from Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes of Modena, Italy, our Fig Balsamic Vinegar matches the high-quality standards of our ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil. From the Mediterranean with love, we developed this Fig Balsamic Vinegar as the perfect complement to our Original EVOO. We love it drizzled on fruit for breakfast, dessert, or grilling, with our EVOO in a salad dressing, and even as a flavor kick in a chicken dish. Ingredients: Trebbiano and Lambrusco cooked grape must, wine vinegar, fig juice concentrate.

Each bottle starts with our 100% pure, ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil, which is cold-pressed from early harvest olives in southern Greece. We then add a dash of Mediterranean flavor with robust oregano oil, savory onion oil, and fresh lemon for an olive oil that will add complexity and depth to any dish. This olive oil is a lovely lemony addition to any salad dressing, but is also excellent on grilled or roasted chicken and fish.
