Heirloom Kitchen by Anna Francese Gass is a fantastic compendium of recipes by immigrant women – including Spanakopita by a true Kosterina mama (Kosta's mother!). In addition to the book, the set contains 1 bottle of our classic Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil (375ml), 1 bottle of our fan-favorite Fig Balsamic Vinegar (375ml), and 1 bottle of our must-have Garlic Olive Oil (375ml). Each is a Mediterranean delight loaded with flavor, antioxidants, and health benefits – perfect to cook with or simply enjoy on their own with some fresh bread.
Born in Italy, Anna Francese Gass came to the United States as a young child and grew up eating her mother’s Italian cooking. But when this professional cook realized she did not know how to make her family’s beloved meatballs—a recipe that existed only in her mother’s memory—Anna embarked on a project to record and preserve her mother’s, and other immigrant mothers' recipes for generations to come. The book features Kosta's mother's recipe for Spanakopita, which is a Greek spinach pie.

Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil (375ml): Greek extra virgin olive oil. 100% made from a mono-varietal of Koroneiki olives harvested in January 2021 in southern Greece. 


Fig Balsamic Vinegar (375ml): Trebbiano and Lambrusco cooked grape must, wine vinegar, fig juice concentrate. 


Garlic Olive Oil (375ml): Greek extra virgin olive oil, garlic oil. Made from a mono-varietal of Koroneiki olives harvested in January 2021 in southern Greece.

All of our extra virgin olive oils are made from 100% koroneiki olives harvested in southern Greece. The Kosterina family hails from Koroni - the home of the koroneiki olive.
