Kosterina’s small batch of Cashew Butter & Dark Chocolate Granola is handmade at our bakery in NYC and starts with blending our signature extra virgin olive oil with gluten-free rolled oats. (No seed oils ever!). We then mix in a full bar of our Cashew Butter & Crispy Quinoa Dark Chocolate with roasted cashews, tri-color quinoa, and a hint of maple syrup with sea salt to create irresistible clusters.
