Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil (375ml): Cold pressed in small batches from early harvest Koroneiki olives grown in southern Greece, our EVOO is rich in healthy polyphenols (powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is typical for an average extra virgin olive oil but Kosterina's Original EVOO clocks in at 638mg/kg! The good news is that our early harvest process and these powerful polyphenols also make it taste amazing. It will add incredible depth and flavor to any dish.
Greek Herb & Lemon Olive Oil: Our Greek Herb & Lemon Olive Oil is packed with Mediterranean taste and impressive health benefits. Each bottle starts with our 100% pure, ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil, which is cold-pressed from early harvest olives in southern Greece. We then add a dash of Mediterranean flavor with robust oregano oil, savory onion oil, and fresh lemon for an olive oil that will add complexity and depth to any dish.
Fig Balsamic Vinegar: Our Fig Balsamic Vinegar gets a fruity boost to its intense aromatic notes, dense texture and hint of acidity that brings out the flavor in any dish. Made from Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes of Modena, Italy, our Fig Balsamic Vinegar matches the high-quality standards of our ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil. From the Mediterranean with love, we developed this Fig Balsamic Vinegar as the perfect complement to our Original EVOO.
