What We're Eating With Breakfast
Several studies show that blueberries have the highest antioxidant content out of all commonly-consumed fruits and vegetables. Blueberries are rich with vitamins and minerals that may help your immune system, blood pressure, and weight loss.
What We're Snacking On
This NPR interview suggests that organic strawberries (among other fruits) may contain significantly higher quantities of antioxidants. We enjoy our fresh strawberries in our smoothies, over some yogurt, and even just straight out of the pack.
What We're Cooking
Not only is Zucchini rich in nutrients, and may even have cancer-fighting abilities, but we find it is so easy to include in our diet. It can be added to salads, stewed, stuffed, boiled, grilled, sautéed, or even fried with your favorite olive oil.
