WHAT WE'RE EATING
Tahini is a staple ingredient in the Mediterranean and we recently discovered this Philadelphia-based company owned by three sisters with a product line we can't get enough of. Their tahini is blended fine to yield an ultra-creamy consistency, and it has an intensely earthy, nutty flavor that we love. We've been using it in salad dressings and homemade hummus.
