Ingredients

For the Blueberry Mocktail:

1.5 ounce Kosterina Blueberry Crushed Fruit Vinegar
1 ounce Ginger Simple Syrup
Juice of ½ Lemon
Seltzer or Club Soda
Opt. Garnish: Blueberries and Lemon Twist.

For the Ginger Simple Syrup:

1 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar
About 1 inch Ginger, peeled and sliced.

Directions

For the Blueberry Mocktail:

In a glass, combine Kosterina Blueberry Crushed Fruit Vinegar, Ginger Simple Syrup, and Lemon.
Top with Ice, then top with Seltzer or Club Soda. Stir and Garnish.

For the Ginger Simple Syrup:

In a small pot, make simple syrup by adding Water, Sugar, and Ginger to the pot and bring to a boil. Once sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and cool.
