Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • 8 - 10 oz feta cheese 
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened 
  • 2 cloves of garlic 
  • 2 T Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil, plus more to drizzle 
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced 
  • ¼ t red pepper flakes, plus more for garnish 
  • salt & pepper, to taste 
  • 1 - 2 T feta water, if thinner consistency is desired 
  • fresh parsley, for garnish 
  • pita bread, for dipping 
  • veggies of choice, for dipping

Instructions

    In a blender or food processor add the feta, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Pulse until you have reached a smooth and creamy consistency.

    Add to final serving platter or bowl and garnish with red chili flakes, parsley, and a drizzle of Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil.
